Ines Delzotto graduated at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Zagreb, and works as a special education teacher at the Veruda Rehabilitation Center in Pula where she founded the first Office for Assistive Technology in Croatia. The Office offers services of diagnostics, rehabilitation, consulting, education, and development of new instruments.
She specialized in assistive technology rehabilitation at the Institute for Research and Development in Milan, Italy.

Writing with the Help of AT: From Assessment to Implementation
Writing is a fundamental skill in education, integrating many motor, perceptive, and cognitive abilities at the same time, and it is, as such, often a problem for many students with developmental difficulties.
Nowadays the technology can help all the students in achieving their academic success. The aim of this lecture is to set the basis for using alternative ways of writing in schools and to provide support and know-how to the experts in recognising needs of our students and in the implementation of instruments and techniques in the rehabilitation of writing.
